Once you’ve configured the model number, we move to negotiate the details, contract signing and initial deposit. Your house then enters production. We keep you updated throughout the manufacturing process until it’s ready for shipment.

Q2: How is the prefab house transported to my property?

A: Our prefab modular homes are fully assembled in our factory and transported as a single unit. We use a combination of sea and land freight to deliver to your location. The house is typically loaded onto a flatbed truck for the final leg of the journey. We will coordinate all logistics to ensure a smooth delivery to your site.

Q3: What are the shipping costs and who handles customs?

A: Shipping costs vary based on your location and the model size. We will provide a detailed shipping quote as part of the purchasing process. Our experienced logistics team can handle all aspects of international shipping, depending on your preference.

Q4: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes. We have the capability to deliver our Space Capsule Houses, Container Houses, Prefab Cabins to clients globally. Whether you’re developing a capsule resort in the mountains or a private retreat by the sea, we can get it there.

Section 2: Site Preparation & Installation

Q5: What kind of foundation is required for the house?

A: One of the key advantages of our prefab homes is the minimal foundation requirement. They are designed to be terrain-independent. In most cases, simple, pre-made foundation piers (e.g., concrete blocks or steel piles) are sufficient. This drastically reduces the cost, time, and environmental impact associated with traditional foundation work. We will provide you with a detailed foundation plan specific to your model.

Q6: How is the capsule installed on-site?

A: Installation is remarkably fast. Once the house arrives on-site, a crane is used to lift it from the truck and place it directly onto the prepared foundation points. The entire placement process can often be completed in just a few hours.

Q7: What about utility connections (water, electricity, sewage)?

A: Our prefab houses are designed for simple “plug-and-play” connections. Each unit has designated external connection points for water, electricity, and waste. Your local contractor will be responsible for running the main utility lines to the installation site, and connecting them to the house is a straightforward process.

Q8: Can the capsule home operate off-grid?

A: Absolutely. Our capsule homes are ideal for off-grid living. They can be equipped with optional solar power systems, battery storage, and integrated water treatment/sewage solutions, making them perfect for remote locations or eco-friendly projects. A: Our capsules are built to last. They feature a high-strength structural steel frame and an aviation-grade aluminum exterior, which is resistant to corrosion and extreme weather. With proper maintenance, the main structure is designed to have a lifespan of 50+ years.

Q10: What kind of maintenance is required?

A: Maintenance is minimal. We recommend periodic checks and cleaning of the exterior, just as you would with any high-end building. The integrated smart systems may require occasional software updates, which can often be done remotely. All components used are of high quality to minimize the need for repairs.

Q11: Are the materials weather-resistant? Can it handle snow, high winds, or salty air?
